Motion: the active card sits centered at full scale while neighbors fan out to the sides, scaling down, fading and stacking behind by depth; each rotation animates with a smooth ease and wraps around the ring. Not scroll-bound — a self-contained interactive section. Structure: absolutely centered cards positioned by ring offset (translate + scale + opacity + z-index) with CSS transitions.
